Complete Streets are streets designed to accommodate all users. As part of the
Complete Streets Policy adopted by City Council in 2011, the City's Department of Transportation and Environmental Services was tasked to identify and implement projects that improved safety and convenience of all users as a part of routine street repaving and maintenance whenever possible. Residents and commuters know their streets best and can provide detailed input that data often cannot capture. However, the City unfortunately cannot implement every suggestions that we receive. Instead, we will review all suggestions, and prioritize based on feasibility, data on safety issues, schedules for repaving, and available funding.
