Thank you for your interest in partnering with the City of Alexandria, Department of Recreation, Parks & Cultural Activities. We appreciate your enthusiasm in helping the City improve and maintain the Park system for all residents and visitors to enjoy.

Once complete, staff will contact you to confirm receipt of this form and follow-up on any additional information. Following any necessary clarifications, the City and your community group will enter a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to allow your group to proceed with your intended project.
